Great location - located in old city center and very close to Termini station. Close to diverse row of restaurants and walkable to city sites.
Internet is "broken this week." The "included breakfast" means taking a piece of paper to the cafe next door where you get a piece of lemon bread and a cappuccino from the grumpy cafe staff. Hotel staff generally were helpful but not terribly friendly, and I felt uncomfortable dealing with them. They tried to get me to pay in cash as I checked out instead of a credit card. When I refused they asked me to pay half the bill in cash, then just the taxes in cash....geesh. The cleaning staff (who don't speak English) tried to kick us out well before the 11 am check out time. Overall awkward. I'll look elsewhere next time.

When I got there, I felt immediately like the staff was happy to help me. They were understanding as I felt a little uncertain travelling alone and as someone who did not speak Italian, and were very knowledgeable of the area. I would definitely recommend it.
The bed was a little hard, but I slept fine. Honestly, for 45 euros a night, I wasn't expecting the Ritz.

Peaceful and great hotel overlooking street, we had a REALLY ENJOYABLE experience here. Had cosy and fine room, it included an iron, a work desk and coffee/tea making equipment. No complains at all, the venue met every demand, 100% recommend it.

Just the location, near the Termini Station
The furniture, the bath-room, the decoration and the fact that the room was too dark. 80€ for a night was too much for the quality of the service and confort

Good location.
There was no internet, although on the site was written that there is WI-FI in the whole hotel. The room and the bathroom were not very clean.

Well located, near lovely local restaurants and bars
The hot water broke in our block and they didn't manage to fix it during our four day stay. The drains were also giving out a terrible smell and we were told there was nothing they could do to remedy it. They put a very strongly scented air freshener in our room and that just made things worse!
